Module 1
Module 1 explores how food systems connect to planetary health through hands-on analysis of real-world case studies. Students will examine how everyday meals impact the environment while analyzing circular economy solutions that transform waste into resources.

Students develop action plans combining personal choices, innovation, and policy recommendations to drive change in their communities. This module prepares high schoolers to contribute to sustainable food system transformation.
